I’ve been with State Farm since 1985 and have held numerous roles throughout my career, giving me a deep understanding of how to best serve our customers and develop strong relationships within the community. I’m married with grown children, and after years of balancing family and business, I’ve built an office culture that values both hard work and flexibility.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Barbara Schexnayder - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
