We are a boutique insurance & investment firm seeking an energetic & sophisticated individual to deliver remarkable service to our clients and assist with administrative duties.
Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful when it comes to identifying solutions & maintaining efficiency. This position interacts heavily with clients and industry partners such as banks, law firms, and real estate agencies and would be ideal for an upbeat personality familiar with luxury and high-end services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with clients professionally over the phone & in person.
- Manage phones and emails while meeting proper timelines & deadlines.
- Answer account questions and provide accurate policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling & confirmations.

- Experience in a professional office setting such as banks, legal offices, medical offices etc. preferred but not required
- Computer proficiency with office systems such as Outlook, Salesforce, CRM Systems, Microsoft Suites etc.
- Ability to multi-task in accounts without compromising attention to detail.
- Professional communication skills and business acumen.
- Bilingual Spanish speakers encouraged to apply.
COMPENSATION: Compensation dependent on experience & bonuses issued based on performance.
Full time & Part Time opportunity available.
