About the Role:
We are looking for a confident, organized, and people-focused Customer Service / Operations Manager to join our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure all systems, processes, and people are aligned for efficiency and success.
  • Lead with clarity—tracking projects, priorities, and performance while keeping the owner informed of progress and potential roadblocks.
  • Manage details without getting lost in them—build systems, check progress, and empower others to do great work.
  • Implement and monitor agency processes for consistency, accountability, and improvement.
  • Coordinate communication across departments and maintain forward progress on multiple initiatives at once.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members.
  • Ensure our technology, CRM, and reporting tools are used effectively.
  • Maintain an organized, up-to-date command of the office workflow—including email, tasks, and project lists.
  • Work closely with the agency owner to translate vision and strategy into executable plans.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or team leadership.
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or small business operations preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and people leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, project management tools, and CRM systems
  • Willing to get Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurance licenses
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
