ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2000 and currently has a dedicated team of ten. I’ve been with State Farm for 40 years, having served in several roles — first as an agent, then in field staff, and eventually returning to agency ownership. Insurance runs in my family; my father also worked in the industry, and my own journey has been shaped by a lifelong commitment to service and integrity. Before my insurance career, I served in the U.S. Air Force as a flight instructor, an experience that taught me leadership, discipline, and teamwork.
I hold a master’s degree and am married with four sons, as well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren — family means everything to me. That same sense of family extends into our office culture. We’re a close-knit, supportive group that works hard, celebrates each other’s successes, and truly enjoys spending time together.
Our team participates in missionary work and community outreach through our church, reflecting our shared belief in giving back. We also enjoy team dinners, outings, and even spirit week — it’s a fun, energizing way to stay connected.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bruce Baltich - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensación: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
