Insurance & Financial Services Representative – Sales & Client Success

Are you a motivated, results-driven professional who thrives in a sales environment, but also takes pride in providing world-class customer service? Tim Johnson State Farm is looking for an Insurance & Financial Services Representative who can confidently drive new business while servicing policies for our existing customers to ensure protection, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.

This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health required). Candidates not yet licensed must be willing to obtain their licenses—with full support provided by our agency.

Role Overview

In this dual sales and service role, you’ll play an essential part in agency growth. You’ll consult with customers on insurance and financial products, help them plan for the future, and ensure they have the coverage and solutions they need to protect what matters most—while delivering an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business: Proactively market and sell insurance and financial service products through outbound outreach and relationship-building.

  • Deliver Personalized Service: Assist clients with policy updates, claims support, renewals, and account management.

  • Consult & Recommend: Provide guidance on insurance coverage, retirement strategies, and financial planning options.

  • Grow Client Relationships: Build trust and retention through ongoing communication and proactive policy reviews.

  • Stay Informed: Remain current on industry trends, new product offerings, and client needs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, or sales-focused roles

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills

  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service while actively seeking upsell opportunities

  • Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health, or willing to obtain with agency support

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
