RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist clients with policy changes, applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Conduct needs-based conversations to identify and sell the best insurance products for clients.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients and follow up as needed.
- Assist clients with claims.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to foster long-term trust.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Be able to obtain MN state insurance license for property & casualty and life & health
- Ability to understand and explain insurance products after training.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Sales experience, preferably in insurance.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
