ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Todd Schwebel - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and listening
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Property & Casualty/ Life & Health licenses are preferred, employee must be able to obtain within 30 days of offer date
  • At least 1 year of sales or in person client experience is preferred
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be motivated and determined
  • Must have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
SUPPLEMENTAL PAY:
  • Bonus opportunities available 
  • Commission pay based on sales performance
EDUCATION:
  • High school or equivalent (Required)
Compensación: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
