What You’ll Do

  • Build strong relationships with prospective and current clients to drive new business and boost retention

  • Conduct personalized insurance consultations to identify coverage gaps and match clients with the right products

  • Manage policy updates, renewals, and changes with a focus on cross-selling and upselling

  • Follow up on inbound leads while actively prospecting through networking, referrals, and outbound strategies

  • Support clients through claims processes while reinforcing the value of continued coverage

What We’re Looking For

  • A self-starter with a hunter’s mentality and strong closing instincts

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to build trust and influence decisions

  • Prior sales or insurance experience preferred (but not required if you’re competitive and coachable)

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented when managing client accounts

  • Willingness to obtain necessary insurance licenses (full support provided)
