Seasonal Holiday Lighting Installation Technician
Full Time • Georgetown
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING ON THE ROOF (Prefer roofer, painters, and gutter installer) - you will have to install the lights on a steep roof.

Type: Seasonal | Part-Time
Starting Install Season: Typically starts in early October and runs through very early December (willing to work during weekend)

Compensations (Negotiable):
- Installation Commission: 8% - 12% of total sales
- Sales Commission: 5% on any sales you generate
- Google Review Bonus: $10 per customer review that mentions you by name • Marketing
Season Completion Bonuses:
- Install Season: $400 bonus for successful completion of the installation season with no call-ins, consistent quality, and strong efficiency
- Take-Down Season: $200 bonus for successful completion of the take-down season with no call-ins and completed checklists
- Referral Bonus: Both the referring employee and the referral receive:
- $100 at the end of December (if both have worked through the install season)
- $50 at the end of February (if both have worked through the take-down season)
- Take-Down Season: January through February, weather dependent

- Maintain excellent attendance and reliability
- Deliver high-quality and efficient work
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
