Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with State Farm and be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads through agency marketing efforts, networking, referrals and walk ins.
- Conduct in person consultations with customers to assess needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain long term relationships
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email and text
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information regarding State Farm products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on State Farm policies, procedures, and product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to helping others.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Genuine care and concern for helping others
Requirements
- State Farm Experience Required! (Minimum 1 Year)
- Interest in helping others
- Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license (or willing to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- People-oriented
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in problem solving
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
