Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license and either possess a Life and Health (L&H) license or be willing to obtain one. This role involves providing outstanding customer service, problem-solving complex insurance issues, and limited sales responsibilities, including identifying gaps in clients’ insurance coverage and recommending appropriate policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide excellent customer service to existing and prospective clients.
- Analyze and resolve insurance-related inquiries that may involve multiple moving parts.
- Identify coverage gaps and recommend suitable insurance solutions to clients.
- Collaborate effectively within a small team environment.
- Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Property and Casualty insurance license required.
- Life and Health license preferred or willingness to obtain promptly.
- Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to a consistent work schedule.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Medina, Ohio.
