ROLE DESCRIPTION:
You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with new lines of coverage. 
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Licensing would be required within first 120 days - Training and reimbursement provided.
Our agency has been in the same location for the past 31 years.  We pride ourselves on helping our customers protect their assets from the risks of everyday life.  Our office team challenges each other to help us reach our personal and financial goals.  Our office culture is casual and fun.  
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
