ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a bilingual customer service representative with Adam Kuhn State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist Spanish-speaking customers with sales and service-related tasks.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to speak English and Spanish.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Must be able and willing to acquire PA Property & Casualty License and PA Life & Health License.
- Must be able to work in-office Monday through Wednesday, which are the days our team needs part-time assistance.
Compensation: $21,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
