Job Title: Customer Relations Representative – Sales & Service
Role Description:
As a Customer Relations Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your ability to connect with clients, provide outstanding service, and proactively address customer needs will make you an essential member of our team. We’re seeking a customer-focused and empathetic individual who thrives in a sales-driven environment. This position offers potential for internal growth, especially for candidates who are sales-minded and eager to contribute to the agency’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with customer retention strategies to build lasting relationships and grow the agency.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and assist in marketing relevant products and services to customers.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively and professionally.
- Experience in customer service is preferred, with a focus on maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and with empathy.
- Bilingual skills in Russian or Ukrainian, in addition to English, are a bonus.
- Must either possess or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health licenses.
- Sales-oriented with a passion for helping customers meet their insurance needs.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is open 9:00- 6:00 Monday thru Thursday, 9:00-5 Friday, and 9:00-12:00 Saturday.
- We currently have 2 team members at our agency.
