ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative with Mark Hutchens - State Farm Insurance, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous customer service preferred.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Compensación: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
