I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a Recruiter and Account Manager, experiences that helped me develop a passion for building relationships, developing talent, and helping others succeed.
I graduated from Belmont University, where I played Division I golf, and today my husband is a valued member of our agency team. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, traveling, and spending time with our two sons.
Giving back to the community is important to me. I am actively involved with the local Chamber of Commerce, support Habitat for Humanity, and enjoy participating in initiatives that help strengthen and grow our community.
Our agency offers a gym membership, Simple IRA, Aspirant Program opportunities, and ongoing personal and professional development. Our culture is positive, hardworking, and team-oriented. I'm looking for someone who is outgoing, dependable, coachable, and enjoys helping others.

As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mallory Pfingstler - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
