ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Milton Wright State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Connect customers with State Farm claims and follow up with them.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Enjoys working directly with people and has a servant leader focus.
- Pays close attention to details and an active listener.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Embraces coaching and receiving instruction to enhance performance.
- Obtain and maintain required licenses to perform duties of the position.
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
