In this position, you will focus on helping customers protect what matters most by offering Life and Health insurance products tailored to their needs. You’ll combine strong product knowledge with relationship-building skills to guide customers through important coverage decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Offer life and health insurance policies to new and existing customers.
- Conduct needs-based conversations to identify the right coverage for each customer.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions clearly.
- Assist customers with claims and policy changes.
- Maintain strong, ongoing customer relationships.
- Stay informed on industry trends and new product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active state license for Life and Health insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products.
- Sales experience, preferably in insurance.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Work hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
A commission schedule will be provided on your first day, along with an Employee Handbook. Expect approximately 6 months of training and activity-building before you begin earning commissions. Most team members start seeing significant commission growth around 12 months.
Once established, full-time Life Specialists typically earn $600 - $1,200 in monthly commissions by meeting these production goals:
- 12 life policies per month ($1,125 in monthly life premium).
- 3 health supplement policies per month.
- 1 disability policy per month.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
