We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and promoting our insurance products and services through outbound calls. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and provides an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the insurance industry.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our insurance products and services.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to assess their insurance needs and provide relevant information about our offerings.
- Schedule appointments for our team to further discuss policies and provide quotes.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update client information in our database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Base rate of $10-12/hr
- Bonuses for each transfer, commission on sales completed
- Expected earnings of $25-35/hr dependent on performance

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in North San Antonio, TX.
- Our office is open 8am - 5pm - M - F.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2008.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a proud graduate of Texas State University.
- We currently have 9 team members at our agency.
- We have 75 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, National Quality Award, Silver Scroll, Golden Triangle, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program Qualifier
