RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and use good communication to follow up with customers as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Able to learn computer functions

- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
BENEFITS:
- Hourly plus commission/bonus
- Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm work schedule

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
