ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Hayden Pryor - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. This is a salary PLUS commission roll.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Client Prospecting: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various methods such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Needs Assessment: Understanding the financial situation, needs, and goals of clients to recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of various insurance products (life, health, auto, home, etc.) to effectively explain features, benefits, and terms to clients.
  • Quoting and Proposal Preparation: Providing clients with accurate quotes and preparing proposals tailored to their requirements.
  • Sales Presentations: Conducting meetings and presentations to explain insurance policies and answer client questions.
  • Policy Processing: Assisting clients with application forms, underwriting requirements, and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Customer Service: Providing ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, managing policy renewals, and handling claims assistance.
  • Compliance: Ensuring all sales activities comply with insurance laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals and contributing to the company’s growth.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
