Position Overview
As a Life Insurance Specialist, you’ll be a trusted resource for clients—educating them on coverage options, walking them through important financial decisions, and guiding them during critical moments of need. You’ll play a key role in growing our agency through relationship-driven sales and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
- Consult with new and existing customers to assess their life insurance needs
- Provide personalized recommendations on policies and coverage options
- Support clients throughout the application and underwriting process
- Assist with claims and ensure clients feel supported during difficult times
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product offerings
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and carrier guidelines
Qualifications
- Prior experience in life insurance sales or financial services strongly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of life insurance products (term, whole, universal, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, client-focused mindset
- Proven ability to close sales and retain long-term relationships
- Active Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain with support)

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
