ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Office Manager for Ryan Lukovich - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success.  You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You also grow our agency by overseeing team members while managing the day to day operations. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Manage day to day operational activies
  • Help train, motivate and hold accountable team members to their activities and goals.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred. State Farm experience is ideal
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting office sales targets
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews

  • Ability to explain complex financial issues in understandable terms
  • Property and Casualty license

AS AN OFFICE MANAGER YOU'LL RECEIVE:

  • Hourly wage plus bonus based on team performance
    • You can expect a pay range of 55,000-80,000 based on performance
  • Health benefits are offered
    • Stipend available based on performance
  • Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)
  • Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
