As an Office Manager for Ryan Lukovich - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You also grow our agency by overseeing team members while managing the day to day operations. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Manage day to day operational activies
- Help train, motivate and hold accountable team members to their activities and goals.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred. State Farm experience is ideal
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting office sales targets
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

- Hourly wage plus bonus based on team performance
- You can expect a pay range of 55,000-80,000 based on performance

- Our office is located in Grand Blanc.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a second generation State Farm agent.
- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
- We have 20+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
