ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As aTelemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chris Burt - State Farm Agent, your grit, determination and persistence promote the continued growth of our agency and provide the foundation for a successful career within the insurance industry. Learn valuable communication and persuasion skills building the foundation for future promotion to various positions within our team.

While promoting our team, our insurance products/financial services, and the good we offer to our community, you also gain unique insights invaluable to your career growth. As an inventive and sales-minded professional, we are eager to incorporate your skillset into our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Make 100 outbound calls daily to prospective customers to promote State Farm Insurance products and services.
Identify and qualify a minimum of 3 leads for agents by gathering relevant customer information.
Maintain and update a database of prospects and customer interactions.
Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards.
Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Demonstrate grit, determination and persistence.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated and maintain high activity level.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Willingness to learn and work hard.
Professional and courteous telephone manner.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
