WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Welcoming customers with a smile and guiding them to the right team member—whether in person or over the phone.
Managing appointments and keeping the office running like a well-oiled machine.
Handling inquiries and keeping customer records neat and accurate.
Engaging with current and prospective customers, sparking conversations, and offering insurance options.
Delivering exceptional service and following up to make sure our customers are always taken care of.
Supporting the team with fun, fast-paced administrative tasks and projects.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Experience in customer service or receptionist roles (extra points for a fun attitude!).
Strong communication and people skills that help you engage with anyone.
Organizational skills that keep everything running smoothly.
Comfortable chatting about insurance and helping customers with their needs.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Our office is located in Highland, IN.
Our office is open Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM.
We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
