Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting with inquiries, processing policy changes, billing questions, and providing outstanding customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist clients with policy questions, claims processing, billing issues, and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with agents and other team members to ensure client satisfaction.
- Educate clients about State Farm products and services.
- Support administrative tasks as needed to keep the agency running smoothly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in insurance or financial services, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency with computers and common office software.
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.
