Shantorra Owens State Farm Agency is looking for a Bilingual Sales Representative who’s ready to help clients protect what matters most while building a long-term career in insurance.

What You’ll Do
- Connect with new and existing customers to uncover their insurance needs
- Educate clients on coverage options (Auto, Home, Life, Business, and more)
- Handle policy changes, claims follow-ups, and service requests
- Stay organized, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Support team goals through collaboration and high activity
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) – required
- Sales experience or customer-facing role preferred
- Insurance experience is a plus – but we’ll train the right person
- Must be able to obtain TN insurance licenses (Property & Casualty and Life & Health)
- Outgoing, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
