What You’ll Do:
- Chat with customers to answer their questions and provide clear info about their policies.
- Help customers update and adjust their insurance coverage to fit their needs.
- Guide customers through the claims process and keep them informed every step of the way.
- Keep accurate records to make sure every customer interaction is smooth and helpful.
What We’re Looking For:
- Great communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Someone who’s detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling different tasks.
- Customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are what matter most!

Compensación: $40.00 - $65,000.00 per year
