RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain strong understanding of insurance policies, and coverage options.
Þ Identify potential clients and generate leads through calls, networking, and referrals.
Þ Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Þ Collaborate with team members, including underwriters and claims specialists, to provide comprehensive customer service and ensure a seamless client experience.
Þ Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage details to clients, ensuring a clear understanding of the terms and conditions. Þ Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and policy details through agency systems.
Þ Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in insurance regulations to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Þ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Þ Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Þ High level of professionalism and integrity. Þ Experience working in customer service or related fields preferred. Þ Active insurance license preferred but not mandatory.
Þ High School Diploma or equivalent.

Compensación: $52,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
