ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Insurance Account Representative to join our team. This individual will be primarily responsible for driving property and casualty insurance sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the agency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of insurance products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and community engagement
  • Educate prospects and customers on property and casualty insurance options, including homeowners, renters, auto, and umbrella policies
  • Customize insurance solutions based on client needs and ensure coverage aligns with individual risk exposures
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and follow-up activity in the agency management system
  • Assist with policy servicing, endorsements, and billing inquiries to maintain strong customer retention
  • Participate in team meetings, goal-setting, and ongoing training to stay updated on product offerings and compliance standards
  • Cross-sell additional lines of business including life, health, and disability insurance where appropriate
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and activity metrics as defined by agency leadership

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Active Property & Casualty license (required)
  • Active Life & Health license or willingness to obtain (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of sales experience in a fast-paced environment
  • State Farm experience preferred
  • Proven ability to be a dynamic closer with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
Compensation: $33,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
