Role Description: Life and Health Insurance Sales Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Life and Health Insurance Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with their personal and financial goals. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
    • Conduct needs-based assessments to understand clients' personal and financial situations, goals, and concerns.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
  2. Sales and Consultative Selling:

    • Utilize consultative selling techniques to recommend appropriate life and health insurance products based on clients' needs.
    • Educate clients on policy options, benefits, and potential risks to empower informed decision-making.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
  3. Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with team members to share best practices, strategies, and resources that contribute to overall team success.
    • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
    • Support colleagues in achieving collective sales goals and fostering a positive team culture.
  4. Market Research and Lead Generation:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement, leveraging personal and professional connections.
  5. Administrative Duties:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in accordance with company policies and compliance regulations.
    • Follow up on policy renewals, claims, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the life and health insurance industry or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients.
  • Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with a passion for helping others.
  • Valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) is required.
