ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a part-time Customer Service Representative with Jenny Martin Insurance Agency, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the continued growth of our successful insurance agency. Attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to help people are essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet clients in the office and on the phone with a warm, friendly, and welcoming tone. Set a positive first impression of our agency.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes, claims and updates.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collect and process payments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 440 or 220 license preferred. If you are not licensed, you must be able to obtain a license.
- Strong listening, oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and act effectively in various circumstances without direction.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
