What You’ll Do:
- Build meaningful relationships by proactively engaging with customers and understanding their insurance needs.
- Provide expert guidance on insurance products and services tailored to individual customers.
- Assist with policy applications, renewals, and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions to support excellent service.
- Collaborate closely with agency departments to ensure customer satisfaction and agency growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or similar customer-focused positions, demonstrating your ability to connect with clients and drive results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills that make you approachable and effective in building trust.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent multitasking abilities to manage various customer needs efficiently.
- A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the insurance industry.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
