We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative.

Job Summary: As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service, answering inquiries, and assisting clients with their insurance needs. Your positive attitude, strong communication skills, and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist customers in understanding their insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
  • Schedule appointments for clients and follow up on outstanding inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our systems.
  • Process policy changes, claims submissions, and billing inquiries efficiently.
  • Provide support to the insurance agents in daily operations and client communications.
  • Educate customers about additional products and services that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed about Cambria Smith State Farm products, services, and industry regulations.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using computers and standard office software.
  • A valid state insurance license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
