ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I’ve been with State Farm since 2020 and proudly opened my own agency in November 2024. Today, I lead a team of four full-time employees in a fun, energetic office where we believe in working hard and celebrating our wins along the way.

Before entering the insurance world, I earned a degree in music production and spent several years as a teacher. That background shaped our agency’s culture of creativity, collaboration, and ownership. One unique part of our culture is encouraging team members to design their own promotions—setting the prize and the goal—so they directly benefit from their hard work. We also believe in supporting continued growth through industry certifications and ongoing education.

Our break room is always stocked with snacks, and we host an annual team trip for those who meet life sales goals. We’re active in the local community, participating in events throughout the year, and are always looking for motivated individuals who want to grow with us in this rewarding industry.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Domenico Polo - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
