Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals and meet customer needs.
- Deliver prompt and accurate customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance coverage, eligibility, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Educate customers about their insurance options through a needs-based review process.
- Utilize effective communication skills to promote our services and enhance client satisfaction.
- Assist in administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the agency.
Qualifications:
- Current full-time student in an undergraduate or post-graduate program (mandatory for the duration of the internship).
- Coursework or interest in Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively while paying attention to detail.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
