ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Celiann Ojeda De Young - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
Assist with customer retention strategies.
Generate insurance quotes based on clients' requirements and assist them in selecting the best policy.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer service preferred.
Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Compensación: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

About Our Agency

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, y Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Jonesboro, on Highway 85.
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Closed for lunch from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm.
I have been a State Farm agent since 2012.
Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
