ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Jamesha Gore-Coggin State Farm is seeking an organized and efficient specialist to fulfill customer service duties and support in office insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers as well as branding the agency within the community. Being marketable, having attention to detail, dedication to customer relations skills, and sales-mindedness makes you fit in this versatile position. Motivated

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include answering inbound calls for both offices, responding to inquiries regarding insurance, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, collecting documentation needed, payments, and billing clarification.
  • Administrative duties such as but not limited to inbound and outbound mail, setting appointments, and deposit.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and pivot to opportunities for the sales team.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, mailers, SEO, and complaint content creation
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
  • Create flyers, signage, and advertising materials
  • Help organize and participate in community events and networking opportunities
  • Update website
  • Network within the community
  • Respond to good reviews
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Obtain SC Property/Casualty and Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Licensing
  • Experience or expressed interest in areas such as Insurance, Financial Services, Risk Management, Marketing, etc.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independently
  • Effective customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create, build, and maintain relationships with internal and external parties
  • Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication kills
  • Creative thinking
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
