Andrew Brenneise State Farm is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance producer, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Call on potential customers to create sales opportunities
- educate potential customers about coverages and needs
- Provide information on insurance products and services
- quote insurance with our quoting system
- generate referral opportunities and create a network of people.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hunter, aggressive, high activity
- Process oriented and coachable
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer oriented with strong communication skills.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
