As licensed property and casualty team-member for insurance account representative, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Life Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Houston, Texas.
- Our office is open 9am to 5pm closed weekends.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2015.
- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
- Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel and New Agent Program Qualifier
