ROLE DESCRIPTION:
 As a Sales Team Member at the Tammy Johnson State Farm Insurance Agency, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients while contributing to the growth and success of our agency. You will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products, building client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. We provide you with leads 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and assist them with their insurance needs, providing information about various insurance products and services.
  • Sales Support: Actively participate in the sales process by identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate insurance solutions, and following up on leads to close sales.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Tammy Johnson and other team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Client Education: Educate clients about the importance of insurance and risk management, helping them make informed decisions regarding their coverage.

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services
  • Stay current with market trends and product offerings.

  • Qualifications:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong customer service orientation.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
    • Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license in 2 weeks if not licensed 
    • Licenses in insurance preferred

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
