As a Customer Service Manager with Joseph Lau's State Farm Insurance Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Alongside your base pay, you will have a huge opportunity to supplement your income with uncapped commissions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
  • Train and mentor customer service representatives.
  • Cross Sale additional products to existing customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Leadership and organizational skills.
  • Communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to build relationships over the phone.

 ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Manager with Joseph Lau Insurance Agency, you will focus on increasing insurance sales opportunities to our existing customers while maintaining and enhancing these important relationships. Your primary duties will include resolving customer inquiries on billing and account changes, coordinating with other agency team members, and proactively anticipating the needs of our customers.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Offer insurance products to existing customers.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Participating in marketing campaigns and community events to promote State Farm products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Licensed Personal Lines or P&C Producer or obtain within 30 days of start date.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
Compensation: $52,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
