- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and friendly first impression.
- Assist customers with billing questions, payments, policy inquiries, and general service needs.
- Handle incoming mail, underwriter communications, and agency memos; distribute and follow up as needed.
- Support policy renewal and retention efforts through outreach and customer service.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and/or policy reviews
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-up on service requests and retention calls.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and support agency-wide goals.
- Follow established agency procedures and compliance requirements in handling customer data and financial transactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with State Farm products, systems, and policies.
- Active Texas Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Proven sales experience, preferably within insurance, financial services, or customer-focused environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed performance metrics.
- Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
