Demetria Carter - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. The Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, plays a key role in driving the success of Dee Carter State Farm Agency by achieving sales goals, building lasting customer relationships, and supporting retention efforts. This role combines consultative sales, customer engagement, and teamwork to grow the agency’s book of business while delivering exceptional service to every client. The Account Manager works closely with the Service Specialist team to ensure seamless customer experiences and consistent communication with potential and existing policyholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals for new and existing business.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions.
- Conduct policy reviews with clients to uncover additional coverage opportunities and ensure comprehensive protection.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through referrals, networking, community involvement, and follow-up efforts.
- Collaborate with the agency owner and team to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with agency goals.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Partner with the Service Specialist team to support customer retention efforts, including renewals, policy updates, and customer outreach.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, claims, and billing.
- Proactively follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and contribute to agency retention goals.
- Demonstrate accountability, teamwork, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Support agency initiatives, community involvement, and cross-department collaboration.
- Adhere to all State Farm and agency compliance, documentation, and ethical standards.
- Active Texas Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Proven sales experience, preferably within insurance, financial services, or customer-focused environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed performance metrics.
- Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
