What You’ll Do
- Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, connecting them quickly with the right team member
- Schedule appointments and manage day-to-day office communications
- Handle incoming inquiries and maintain accurate customer records
- Support sales efforts by engaging confidently in conversations and helping clients explore insurance options that fit their needs
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up proactively to ensure client satisfaction
- Assist with administrative tasks and special projects to keep the office running efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in receptionist, customer service, or similar roles (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a welcoming, professional attitude
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Comfort engaging in sales-related conversations (confidence is key)
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
