In this role, you will leverage your expertise in insurance products and industry trends to connect with clients, identify their needs, and convert leads into long-term customer relationships. You will also contribute to developing strategic plans and setting agency goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and maintain client insurance accounts, ensuring information is current.
- Assist clients with policy modifications, renewals, and inquiries.
- Educate clients on insurance products and services tailored to their needs.
- Handle insurance claims processing and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Previous experience in insurance or related fields is preferred.
- Required License: Personal Lines or Property & Casualty (P&C), or willingness to obtain licensing.
Compensation: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
