Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients on their insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate State Farm products and services.

Requirements:
- Genuine interest in marketing insurance products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Must obtain Property & Casualty / Life & Health Insurance Licensing

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
