Position Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients on their insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate State Farm products and services.

Requirements:

  • Genuine interest in marketing insurance products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver
  • Ability to learn and efficiently use computer systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Must obtain Property & Casualty / Life & Health Insurance Licensing
