Before opening my agency, I worked as a State Farm Team Member and learned firsthand how much of a difference the right team can make. That experience helped shape the type of agency I wanted to build—one where people feel supported, challenged, and genuinely enjoy coming to work.

Today, we're a team of eight that works hard, celebrates wins, and enjoys spending time together both in and out of the office. We have a laid-back atmosphere, but we're serious about taking care of our customers and helping each other succeed. We're proud to be one of the top-performing agencies in the Southeast, but what matters most to me is maintaining a culture where people feel valued and have opportunities to grow.

One thing that makes our agency different is the investment we make in our team members as people, not just employees. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brandon Thomas - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
