Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and self-starting Account Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will focus on personal lines insurance, helping clients protect their homes, vehicles, and other personal assets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, ability to work in collaborative environments and a drive to exceed goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients seeking personal lines insurance (homeowners, renters, auto, etc.)
- Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options tailored to their needs
- Generate new business through proactive outreach and referrals
- Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure client satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and exceed goals
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
- Prior experience in personal lines insurance sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong technology skills
