What You’ll Be Doing:
- Generate leads and build lasting client relationships through exceptional sales and service
- Act as a trusted liaison between clients and agency departments, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Present tailored insurance solutions, clearly explaining coverage options and benefits
- Proactively market relevant products that meet client needs and protect their futures
- Address inquiries related to eligibility, claims, billing, and policy updates with prompt, friendly service
- Follow up consistently to maintain and grow client relationships
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience (inside/outside sales, retail, telemarketing, or similar) preferred
- Proven ability to manage and nurture client relationships
- Passion for marketing products based on individual customer needs
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Strong customer service dedication
- Ability to anticipate and respond to customer needs effectively

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
